Policies-

All investigators working for Mission Investigations are licensed through Mission Investigations and are not subcontracted. Each investigator keeps the client informed of the progress of the investigation, which is one of the hallmarks of their success. Our investigators are from the areas they investigate and therefore have developed contacts to help make the investigation a success. Since we have investigators throughout Texas, it is easier to assign a rush case anywhere in the State.

Training-

Mission Investigations provides not only training for their staff and investigators but also is licensed through the Texas Department of Insurance to provide continuing education credit for the licensed adjuster for consumer protection. In addition, Mission Investigations provides continuing education for licensed private investigators authorized through the Texas Department of Public Safety.

License-

Mission Investigations is licensed through the Texas Private Security Bureau under license 5597. The PSB is maintained under the Texas Department of Public Safety.

Insurance-

Mission Investigations carries 3 times the required amount of liability insurance, carries non owned/non hired auto policies and workers compensation insurance for the protection of their clients.
